Your order status may appear as:
Processing – Your order is being prepared for shipment
Shipped – Your order has left our distribution center
Delivered – Your order has arrived at its destination
If tracking information is available, you’ll find it directly within your order details.
Shipping Updates & Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as shipped but hasn’t arrived:
Allow the carrier’s tracking to update (some delays may occur during peak seasons or severe weather)
Confirm the delivery address provided at checkout

Exchanges

Eligible Exchanges

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags are attached
The request is made within the eligible return window
